By registering, you agree to these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>1. Who Can Attend<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n \t<li class=\"li2\">The marathon is an <b>adults-only event (18+)<\/b>.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">By registering, you confirm that you will be at least 18 years old on the first day of the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>2. Registration &amp; Confirmation<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Because space is limited and we strive for a <b>balanced tango environment<\/b> (leaders\/followers), registrations are <b>reviewed<\/b> and <b>accepted<\/b> by the organizers.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Your participation is <b>confirmed only after we receive your payment<\/b>.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Please wait for the full confirmation email before booking travel or accommodation.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">If payment is not completed within the communicated deadline, your registration will be cancelled.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Registrations are <b>personal and non-transferable<\/b>, unless the organizers explicitly approve a change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>3. Cancellation &amp; Refunds<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">We understand that plans can change. Here is our refund policy:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n \t<li class=\"li2\"><b>100% refund<\/b> for cancellations before <b>15 January 2026<\/b><b><\/b><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\"><b>50% refund<\/b> for cancellations between <b>15\u201331 January 2026<\/b><b><\/b><\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\"><b>No refund<\/b> from <b>1 February 2026<\/b> onward\n(Any bank transfer or currency conversion fees are at the participant\u2019s expense.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">If <b>we<\/b> must cancel the event (due to force majeure, new regulations, or any situation that makes the event impossible to run safely), we will refund the full participation fee paid.\nHowever, we <b>cannot<\/b> reimburse travel, accommodation, insurance, or other personal costs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>4. Changes to the Event<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">We may adjust elements of the event \u2014 such as the schedule, DJs, venue setup, or activities \u2014 if needed. We will always try to communicate changes quickly and clearly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>5. Respectful &amp; Safe Environment<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">We care deeply about creating a warm and respectful atmosphere. By joining the event, you agree to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Treat fellow dancers with respect and kindness<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Dance safely and be aware of the shared space<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Care for your belongings and the venue<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Avoid any unruly, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>Non-Harassment Rule<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.\nIf you experience or witness something concerning, please inform an organizer. We will take every report seriously.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code, without refund.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>6. Liability &amp; Personal Responsibility<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Tango is a physical activity, and you participate at your own risk.\nBy attending, you acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n \t<li class=\"li2\">You are responsible for your own health and safety<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">The organizers are not liable for injuries, health issues, or personal damages<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">You are encouraged to carry your own travel and health insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>7. Photos, Videos &amp; Media<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">We love capturing memories! By attending, you give us permission to take photos and videos during the event and to use them on our website, social media, and future promotional materials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">If you prefer <b>not<\/b> to appear in photos or videos, please let us know in advance or at check-in \u2014 we\u2019ll do our best to respect your preference.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Only official photographers may take professional-level photos or videos. Please be discreet when taking your own photos or recordings to avoid disturbing dancers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>8. Data Protection (GDPR)<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">We respect your privacy. We collect only the information needed to manage your registration and communicate with you about the event.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties except when legally required.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal data for event-related purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>9. Force Majeure<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">In the case of extraordinary, unpredictable events \u2014 such as natural disasters, pandemics, extreme weather, political restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control \u2014 the organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel the event.\nRefunds will follow the rules described in Section 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>10. Right of Admission<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw admission to the event if needed for the safety and well-being of the community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>11. Non-Profit Status of the Organizing Association <\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The Bucharest Tango Groove is organized by a non-profit association whose mission is to promote cultural, social, and artistic activities within the tango community. All event-related activities are carried out on a non-commercial basis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>12. Nature of Participation Payments <\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">By registering and completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n \t<li class=\"li2\">The amount paid represents a <b>voluntary contribution<\/b> that supports the activities, expenses, and cultural objectives of the organizing non-profit association.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">The participation fee is <b>not a commercial transaction<\/b> for profit but a contribution that enables the association to cover event-related costs (venue rental, music, logistics, administration, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>13. No Expectation of Profit or Commercial Benefit <\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Participants understand that their contribution:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Does not grant any ownership, financial interest, or profit-sharing rights within the association.<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"li2\">Is made solely to support the cultural and social initiative represented by the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>14.
