Bucharest Tango Groove is a tango marathon event. Therefore, in order to ensure a role balanced event and to accommodate the space constraints, your registration is required and confirmation for acceptance need to be received from the organizers in order to participate. Full confirmation is received only after the payment is done. Please don’t book any travel until the full confirmation is received. If the payment is not done within the stated payment deadline, the registration will be cancelled.
In case you need to cancel, we reimburse the full amount if cancelation happens before 15th of January 2025, 50% of the paid amount if cancelation is done before 31st of January 2025 and no refund after 1st of February 2025. We will not cover any bank transfer fees.
In case we need to cancel the event, we will reimburse you the paid amount. Reasons to cancel could be any external, unpredictable, absolutely invincible and unavoidable event (force majeure event), or an event that cannot be foreseen nor prevented by the one who would have been called to answer if the event had not occurred (fortuitous event), or an official regulations which would not allow us to conduct the event in the way we would like it to be, and you would it expect it to be.
We reserve the right to change the program at any time.
EU data protection law applies, so you consent that we are keeping and processing your submitted data. We guarantee to protect your personal data and treat it strictly confidential. You give us permission to take beautiful pictures and/or videos during the event and publish them online for remarkable memories.
This is a private event organized by the association “Bucharest Tango Groove Mania”. Therefore, youare kindly asked to: (i) take care of your personal property (belongings); (ii) restrain in provoking anydamages to the event premises; (iii) restrain in having any immoral or unruly behaviour; (iv) enjoy the event at the fullest possible!
The association cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to thevenue. The association cannot be held liable for any personal injury (including but not limited to those represented by health problems), property premises damages or any claims whatsoever. In case of event cancellation, the association may not assume any liability for personal costs involved.
